Vitality. Aliveness. Flow.
Pleasure. Presence. Connection.
Love. Warmth. Safety.

These qualities are, for me, what makes life worth living.
And yet, many of us experience them only occasionally, or feel they depend on other people or external circumstances.

You may know those moments of flow or being in love with life –
and at the same time the feeling that they are too rare or fade too quickly.

This longing is a sign that these qualities already exist within you. With a sense of felt safety, they can begin to unfold – sometimes quietly, sometimes clearly, sometimes in unexpected ways.

My approach – trauma-informed and relational

Within a supportive relational context, and with the support of the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM®) developed by Dr. Lawrence Heller, we can explore these inner capacities for choice, spaciousness, and connection.

In my work, I offer a relational space in which you can gradually move closer to yourself – in connection with your inner movements, your wishes, and with what feels true for you.

The “north star” of our work is what you deeply long for, and what emerges in the process of being in connection. I bring my experience and understanding of the NARM® principles as an orientation, and aim to hold a warm and present relational space in which human connection can unfold.

Work with me

Pleasure Embodiment

For adults who want to explore pleasure, joy, and aliveness in their bodies.

We work in dialogue and with a body-oriented approach, including invitations to guided meditations, always following what emerges in the moment. You can pause or shift your focus at any time. Pleasure here does not primarily arise from doing, but from shared awareness.

NARM® Coaching & Psychotherapy

For adults who want to explore calm, self-agency, and connection in their lives.

NARM® is a body-oriented, trauma-informed approach to working with relational experiences.
At the center is a curious exploration of what matters to you right now, and how you meet yourself in relation to it.
We look at what is happening in the present moment – within you and between us –
while also paying attention to your intentions, adaptive patterns, and your available resources.

Parenting Coaching

For parents and other adults supporting children, who want to explore how to experience themselves as grounded, capable, and present in relationship.

We focus on a relational quality where equality, warmth, and leadership can coexist.
Often, an important step is to understand the child’s perspective – and to sense what is needed from there.

Leadership Coaching

For people in leadership roles who want to move toward a more human, clear, and sustainable way of leading.

In leadership coaching, we explore how you want to lead and how you currently experience leadership.
We pay attention to what supports you in staying connected to agency, even in complex situations.

I work in a trauma-informed and relational way because I know from my own experience how exhausting constant effort can be – and how supportive a sense of safety in relationship can feel.

For a long time, my own path was shaped by inner tension and the attempt to regulate myself through understanding, functioning, and adapting.
Especially through experiential, NARM®-based processes, I have come to experience how more spaciousness and ease can emerge in connection with myself and others.

This experience shapes my work.
I support people in bringing attention to their experience, exploring their self-expression, and discovering relationship as a living encounter.

Invitation

If this way of working resonates with you, I warmly invite you to get in touch.

In an initial conversation, we can explore together whether and how working together might feel right for you.

I offer sessions in German and English
– online and soon also in Berlin Neukölln.
